Owner is a good guy and takes his business seriously, they have an old doll working she is rude and ignorant to be perfectly honest. The food is amazing and cooked to a great standard, the chips are next level! Totally perfect chippy apart from that one staff member.
Visited on Saturday when the Ulster Scots event was on so it was busy. This is my first time back since its reopening. As before, go forward to the till to order (past people waiting for their order) but be wary of the pricing. I thought I read on the board (as did my friend) a can of pop was £1.00
Absolutely the best fish and chips I've had in years! And believe me it's been like the quest for the Holy Grail. Perfect batter to fish ratio and succulent white fish. Chips also excellent!
A lovely seaside cafe, overlooking a kiddies play area. The staff are caring and helpful. The best thing is the food, hot and tasty with a good choice and a great service. Highly recommended.
The food was great as usual, but I had to ask for service. I was waiting about 15 mins for the waitress to take the order
