Service was lovely, Menu explained to us easily.
We had a mid week roast and it did not disappoint. Bought straight to the table plated, hot, plenty if gravy with an extra pot on the side and lovely fresh veg. Bargain price too!
Will be returning again for sure.
Visited today for Sunday carvery, not been for a while, as usual it did not disappoint, all freshly cooked and served hot, the meat was beautiful.
The owners are lovely and the staff are welcoming, I would recommend giving it a visit. 👌🏻
Saw this little pub whilst driving so we popped in for some lunch and it was a wonder experience from start to finish! Fantastic customer service, absolutely beautiful delicious food! And a homey atmosphere would recommend to anyone!
Rocked up after we had been out for a walk on a Sunday, asked for a table for two if possible. Was told they would see what they could do, which they found us a table within a couple of minutes.

We called in at the last minute today and they accommodated us straight away even though we hadn't booked, first class carvery, beef was so tender, best I'd tasted, looking forward to a return visit.
We had a birthday gathering with family at the Crown. We had never been before. We were very impressed with the food and great portion sizes. We will definitely return.

It has a good selection of drinks. The entire staff treated my friend and myself very warmly and did all they could to make the visit an enjoyable one.
The food was first class and plentiful.
Brilliant food all tasty went for the carvery today had chocolate fudge cake and ice cream for afters 2 half orange juice tasted lovely meat soft massive Yorkshire puddings and real veg beautiful will come again
