Saw this little pub whilst driving so we popped in for some lunch and it was a wonder experience from start to finish! Fantastic customer service, absolutely beautiful delicious food! And a homey atmosphere would recommend to anyone!
Nicely located pub with adequate car parking.
There is a ramp to the entrance for those using a wheelchair.
It has a good selection of drinks. The entire staff treated my friend and myself very warmly and did all they could to make the visit an enjoyable one.
The food was first class and plentiful.
Service was lovely, Menu explained to us easily.
We had a mid week roast and it did not disappoint. Bought straight to the table plated, hot, plenty if gravy with an extra pot on the side and lovely fresh veg. Bargain price too!
Will be returning again for sure.
Three of us went for a Wednesday Carvery. It was excellent. Food was the best carvery we have had for a long time. They cater really well for gluten free requirements. Staff are really helpful. A real gem of a place. We've booked to go again.
The food and service was excellent. Very friendly pleasant staff, patient when taking the order and clearly explained what was available. The place was quiet with only a few more customers eating

Came here for a wake. The room was nice and bright with plenty of tea and coffee. The food was good. Nice variety with hot and cold food and the staff were all very nice.
The food people were eating in the restaurant looked very good and I would definitely come here again when I was in the area.
Eaten here a few times. Food lovely although big portions. Staff friendly. Nice and clean. Car park. Doesn't open 7 days a week so best to check before going.

Good food at the carvery at good value,but looking at the menu the prices are expensive compared with others in the area
We came for Sunday dinner as usual best meal ever. I would just advise to make sure you prebook to avoid waiting as its very busy pub.
Brilliant food all tasty went for the carvery today had chocolate fudge cake and ice cream for afters 2 half orange juice tasted lovely meat soft massive Yorkshire puddings and real veg beautiful will come again
Yes this is the third time only that my family and I have visited the Crown inn for a Sunday Carvery and it won't be the last,the food is really good the service is also very good they don't have queues at the bar as it's all table service and they come to let you know when it's your turn to go to t

Excellent ambiance, even better food. The blackened chicken was amazing just spicy enough, venison sausage was succulent, flavoursome and the scampi was a generous portion with nice homemade chips. With extra friendly service even our dog was more than welcome. Been before and will definatly come ba
