King William Inn - Doncaster - Photo album

It's a nice pub with a great menu. I had the steak and ale pie which was rich in flavor, and had plenty of meat. The service was good and the homemade ice cream was a delicious treat after the meal. The outdoors areas were nice.
We booked online, but the system messed up our booking, but because of our confirmation, they managed to sort out a table. The lady with short blonde hair was more than apologetic and sorted us a table out.. food was outstanding. The only downfall was that the red cabbage had way too many peppercorn
We love this place The only thing it was missing was a play area for the kids on the vast lawn, however, that has been remedied 👍🏻 The food is delicious, the drinks reasonable, the staff are kind and courteous One of the nicest, cosy pubs in the winter and beautiful setting in the mahoosive beer
Went Saturday evening for dinner. This was our first visit here. We reserved a table & so happy we did as it was quite busy. The food was amazing steak & ale pie was full of meat think it's the best I have ever had. My friend had lamb rump with a side of garlic & parmesan mash which he said was gorg
Absolutely loved the charity raft race and would have scored 5 stars throughout except whilst we were more than happy with the £3 deposit per plastic cup for our drinks they need to have a quick way to return them for your money back. I had to queue for over 30 minutes as there was no separate queue
We found this place by basically stabbing the map for our usual Sunday drive out for dinner. What an absolute gem of a place. The food, especially the vegetables and Yorkshire, was as good as we've ever had. Maybe slightly pricier than other places, but what's a couple of pounds on top of a deliciou
Food, drinks, service, place itself - all was great! Very beautiful and cozy inside. Be aware that portions are big 😹👌🏽 Quite interesting range of dishes, considering that this is a classic bar. Deserts were brilliant! Also, there is a lovely territory around.
Wow first time coming to this beautiful hidden jem of a pub. An amazing water side garden with play area and lots of seating. Well stocked outdoor bar and a comfortable outdoor patio bar. Food is amazing with the choice of wood fired pizzas or restaurant food. On the side is an amazing ice cream par
I think about the liver I had here about 2 years ago at least once a week. Been trying to match it at other gastropubs since to no avail. Super excited to go back and try their current autumn 2023 menu it looks amazing.
Usual modern day pub prices however for once the food lives up to these. Very nice home made steak pie and gravy was the star on the menu. Good range of real ales. Really delightful friendly staff and a lovely relaxed vibe. Could easily spend another hour or two here if my local.
Went in for an absolutely lovely breakfast, a King William full English and Egg Royale. Friendly and excellent service from Andrew. Highly recommended.
Eggs Landlord and Eggs Arnold Bennett. Great brunch menu and top notch service. 👌
Amazing food and place, will definitely be returning, great place for a sunny day, the steak frites from the light menu was beautiful 😊
food was really nice. the lady who served us was excellent - really friendly and efficient. not many people in on a damp Friday lunchtime. tons of outside seating. We would recommend
Didn't actually go in the pub, there is an annual raft race at the back of it, very well attended and a good day for the weather. Had a very nice burger got a bit wet as they were getting very good at throwing water bombs, but part of the fun, very nice afternoon
