Wonderful little cafe in the grounds of Cusworth Hall.
Seating under a gazebo, within the cafe itself or in an off-shot room called “The Dog House”. ( Dog friendly)
Delicious coffee and lovely Friendly service , would highly recommend a visit .

Lovely, friendly staff. Cosy, historic tearooms. Good range of hot and cold drinks, licensed too. Gingerbread green tea was rather nice. Reasonable menu with vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available. Would revisit.

This is a favourite place for a pitstop during our regular doggie walking expeditions! The food is excellent - I particularly love the lunchtime Salad Niçoise - as it's all freshly prepared and provides a terrific snack lunch. Pleasant, helpful staff too. We're already looking forward to our next visit!
Yet another visit this morning today for an excellent Butler's breakfast for me (with extra sausages for me to share with the doggies!)...and her favourite Welsh rarebit for my lovely wife. Food is unfailingly brilliant and we love our walkies at this beautiful place.

We as a cycling club visit many Cafe's around Yorkshire, this is another little gem. We'll worth a visit in my opinion.

Good portions, fresh tasty food. Slightly expensive, as are most restaurants these days.

Great little restaurant/cafe.
Lots on the menu hot and cold foods. Toilets available and disabled toilets to and mother and baby.
In door and outdoor eating.
Friendly helpful happy staff.
I highly recommend this place.

Wheelchair accessible entrance and seating. Friendly helpful staff.
Small cafe with cobbles and flagstone floors. Unable to reserve tables so if unable to go upstairs to the upstairs seating area, I would avoid peak times, if sunny plenty of seating outside. Plus, if you have a dog or dogs they are welcome in the outside undercover room.
They serve breakfast from 10am to 12 noon, also snacks and cake. There is also a specials menu and normal for menu served from 12 noon till 7pm.
Reasonably priced homemade food.

Always like to pop in to Butlers when visiting Cusworth Hall, lovely fresh food and always a smiling welcome. Would be rude not to have a cup of tea and a slice of cake.

Great food. Note that if you want the afternoon tea then you need to book in advance. They have all home made cakes and quiches etc.

Decent place, quite busy when I visited but my order was taken and food came out in good time. Food was nice enough and wouldn’t mind returning some day for some cake or dessert. Only negative is that it is a little expensive but that is to be expected when it is at the location at Cusworth as it is.

The lentil cottage pie is something else!!! Plenty of gluten free options and allergens well marked. It's very busy, don't want to be in a rush, atmosphere could be a little better if the staff would smile and be a bit more pleasant but they do look rushed off their feet and the food speaks for itself. Spent 30 pounds on Lunch, the ploughmans was very well presented. I like it, especially the tea cups and saucers. 30 pounds a lot??? It was a lovely treat and there are lots of little snacks, well worth it as it was a delightful little trip out.

Enjoyed eating in the dog freindly marquee attached to the Butlers. Lovely food and service. Toilets in annex nearby. Walks about house.

Very nice place and surrounding , it was very busy following parkrun. The breakfast was nice but the black pudding was maybe a little too gamie for my taste, it all got scoffed though.
Pot of T for me whilst the good lady had coffee. Good service hot food

Just off the A1 so a nice alternative to the services. Car park is for Cusworth Hall & is pay & display £1.50 for an hour. Lovely food at the cafe & friendly & quick service for a Sunday lunchtime. Very good selection of gluten free cakes & gluten free bread was available for toasties. Separate very pleasant "dog room" for those with canine friends, complete with water bowls & plenty of seating outside. Very pleasant aspect overlooking Doncaster & a lake with good dog walks around the park.
