Staff lovely,couldn't b more helpful. Food very very overcooked. A few customers had sent back. We had fish &chips. Very dry crumbly, batter not edible. Chips nice though.

Visited here for a meal with my wife and daughter on a lovely summer evening. Service was quick and the food was fabulous, the staff really friendly. Then received a parking fine but spoke with the lovely James about PCN 12580958. Will definitely visit again soon

Eat regularly at the Cumberland, great staff, great service and amazing food, however being sent an extortionate parking fine for spending time enjoying our meal after paying for parking anyway just puts me off. Sort the parking charge out and we'll come back. Charge number:12526515

All round great experience, food has definitely improved a lot here, had the full monty mixed grill, cooked to perfection all meats were lovely, nothing was dry and my steak was cooked to my preference. Well worth the money. We got 20% discount with blue light, so only paid £14 for 2 breakfasts, 2 sides of toast and 4 drinks. Very happy. I was confused by parking on arrival, as I had to pay £9, however, if you take the bottom half of the ticket to the bar, they refund you the amount off your bill.
