Coffee's were lovely. The woman behind the counter was extremely polite and courteous. She apologised about the wait we had encounted too. Nice little Starbucks 👍
Very positive experience today!
The staff on duty 12/July 12:33 were attentive and warm in their demeanour. There was a lady with a disability, they looked at ways to make her experience stress free and enjoyable by moving around some furniture to allow her to have her beverage at the table.
Good experience and coffee. Unfortunately, place seemed to be chronically understaffed.Shout out to the lady behind the counter(with butterfly tattoo at her throat),for dealing with customers,taking money and making drinks.
Usually I am a big fan of Starbucks and they are my go to when I want a break and a coffee but this establishment left me feeling a bit like well maybe I should have tried elsewhere the decaff coffee which is usually really good at Starbucks tasted as if the grounds had been used several times over
Lovely staff, lovely food and nice atmosphere. Just wish it was laid out a little better as its hard to squeeze past other people who are sat down.
A small Starbucks on the upper mall of the French gate, quite a small area, but good selection of food and drinks. Staff calm and friendly even at busy times. Delicious coffee with range of plant based milks to choose from. Tables would benefit from more frequent wipe down, but it was a very busy day so cannot complain. Plenty of sockets to charge your phone or power up your laptop, comfy seats, decent decor. But the taste of that coffee with oat milk...!

There were 4 staff members to the left of the counter... Could have been on break, but they were just stood shouting at each other, it wasn't great because you could barely hear the guy trying to serve you at the counter. He was five star though... I must say the staff must of taken notice of the “not clean” reviews as everywhere was spotless.
I called in was browsing the chilled foods, the young lady ( short, short dark hair ) recommended the cheese & ham croissant & also the new biscuit loaf cake washed down with the new macadamia oat milk.
