Love Caffe Nero coffee and cakes. Wish there would be more Caffe Neros near me
Nice staff, great drinks. Saturday mornings often looks like a rougues gallery outside the place but that aside we do enjoy the coffee.
The latte was nice and hot and tasted lovely,the place was busy with people coming and going,staff were friendly and place was clean
Convenient location across from the main shopping mall in the town centre, with a good range of drinks and tasty snacks (savoury and sweet) that you would expect from a cafe. The coffee here is great, and reasonably priced (can even get a free one via Vitality). Only downside is every time I visit (
The coffee is very good. Service is a little stately but worth the wait. It's a nice place to relax but can be quite noisy dependent on the other clientèle.

The sofas we were sitting on could go with a deep clean and hoovering. The bathroom had no toilet roll and a handle at the door. Only one bathroom working for disabled people.

Update(Oct '18)..seriously ready for re decoration.. .toilets in poor condition and dark. Staff friendly..but not v. quick in serving perhaps due to counter layout...
