Excellent friendly and attentive customer service from all staff. Prompt food service. Good quality food as per brand standard. Draught Bud Light, Budweiser and Stella were really well kept pints.
Visited for my boys birthday. 17 of us but we got booked in no problem. Sat us on two large tables side by side.
Service was spot on. Food arrived quickly and was ok to be fair.
My family and I arrived at Frankie & Benny's without a reservation and were able to get a table within 5 minutes of arriving, as it wasn't particularly busy. We were seated quickly, but it took a while for someone to come and take our order as there were 3-5 staff members just stood chatting - However, when our order was placed the service and food were great. The food was good quality and great portion sizes!
The restaurant had an offer on, that if you have a valid cinema ticket, you could get 30% off your main meal!

Great location & always dealt with very friendly helpful staff. The double cheeseburger and BBQ chicken burger are our favourites. Using the THREE+ rewards app this can be got for £10 👌🏻 a saving of over £15 compared to the regular price. Keep up the great work we fully recommend this F&B's
I have only been here twice but it is absolutely fantastic! Not one thing to complain about at all. The service is great and always done with a smile. The waiting times are practically non existent and the food is delicious. Definitely recommend this place to everyone and there is no doubt that I'll be coming back here!

It’s not exactly fine dining, but I felt the portions sizes were good and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Despite being very busy on a Saturday evening they were able to get us a table after just a short wait at the bar. Lovely family friendly atmosphere. Our food was quick to be served. Presentation of the food wasn’t great, I had ribs which were filling although a little dry and an inedibly overcooked piece of corn, my husband’s burger was very tasty. Mixed feelings about the food, but the staff were gems.

only down side was we went in with my guide dog as it opened i asked for somewhere suitable with more space but they said they are all booths in there now and the gap between the booth chat and the table let where we was we had to tuen our feet sideways to get in. that wadnt an issue for us but it also meant the space too tight for my guide dog to go under the table so he had to sit in walkway where waiters needed to go past so wasnt ideal. it was nearly empty so staff could had placed us in a more suitable place so at least he could sit out the staffs way.

Tried the one with pulled pork and was just too messy and sweet. Bring back the bacon and cheese!!
Garlic bread was also a little burnt on the bottom but this was removed from the bill as we didnt eat it.
After eating the night before at a restaurant and service was absolutely diabolical we came across this on lakeside doncaster well what a treat from entering the building the staff was straight over to us to seat us and the kids. Colouring and crayons was given.
Once seated within five mins they came and took our drinks order and also took our food order as we knew what we all wanted.
Our server MATT who couldn't have done enough for us very friendly and quick and a assist to any work place made the family and kids welcome in fact all the staff was brilliant but we had Matt serving us but I am sure everyone of there staff are brilliant. We will definitely be back and look forward to it. 🙂🙂🙂😁
