Can not fault our afternoon bottomless brunch at all! Fantastic service from Beth and Cerys, the attention to detail was amazing and we really loved the food, drinks, and atmosphere they provided... awesome service and would highly recommend! Thanks for having us ladies! Xx
We came for the Harry styles & Taylor swift bottomless brunch and had a great server jade, always making sure everything was okay at our table, met all standards of customer service & was so very kind, extremely pleased :)
Had the best time at the Cocktail Masterclass for my friends Hen do. Charlotte was super sweet and helpful. She was attentive and helpful, making sure we all had fun. The cocktails and mocktails were lovely. The 3 course dinner throughout was great too. Would happily go back again.
Had a superb experience at the bottomless brunch, I'm from Nottingham so it was my first visit and it didn't disappoint both Alex and Chardz were attentive and super helpful and added to the experience all customers seem to leave happy and the food was lovely and really enjoyable experience.
Anita the lady on brunch was absolutely exceptional. Should be very proud to have a member of staff like that, it was packed and she couldn’t have done enough for each table went above and beyond. Thank you very much for everything you did for us, your a credit to your team and we will be back xx

After a bad previous experience, Anita was out of this world with her customer service she was prompt and run of her feet but still made time to see to us as soon as we needed for bottomless brunch. Amazing member of staff and looked after us, turned a bad experience into a good one.
Customer service: served by Jade - she was an excellent host. Really made us feel welcome.
Food: the burgers were excellent. Well cooked. Unsure if they grilll the beef or not but wouldn’t have had them any other way.
Drinks: could have been stronger. A better selection of cocktails - not as good as
Mel was amazing.... brilliant atmosphere couldn't have asked for a better time ❤️❤️❤️

Jade was fantastic. Kept our drinks topped up before we got empty. Would recommend. Slug & lettuce is always a vibe for a bottomless brunch. Food was lush too

Fantastic service from Beth and Cerys! Drinks were fab (bigger selection on the 2for1 on your next menu though please) . Food was cooked perfectly (thanks Gem), thought you'd get more chicken skewers but what we had were cooked perfectly.

I have done the bottomless lots of times and it has never disappointed! The staff and service are amazing! The food and drinks are 10/10! The atmosphere is amazing! I really highly recommend! Louise was our server and she was lovely and really friendly!
Had afternoon tea for my birthday, nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful setting great food and great service, thank you to Chardz for making the visit great and hassle free 😊
