Known for its great cookies, brownies and coffee, today I was disappointed with a warm latte and a dry cake. I asked for a new coffee but was given another warm one. The cake wasn’t replaced. All other staff were nice though. Good seating available and centrally located within the shopping centre. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Takeaways available. Good parking at Shoppo.

I ordered a hot chocolate longing for the delicious, warm, cozy, chocolatey, smooth taste of hot chocolate i have not had hot chocolate in a month which is long for me who had multiple a day from Tim Hortons and home. I ordered it and it did not taste like hot chocolate , it tasted like foamy milk with the smallest amount of chocolate. I am disappointed and sad that they had the nerve to call it hot chocolate. I write this only as a sad person who knows the true taste of hot chocolate from cheap with milk, or with water, to chain and to expensive cafes.
