Had an amazing family breakfast for 20 of us on Sunday. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were all hot and delicious . Not our first time and definitely not the last. Thank you Violetta so much for making it special
Lovely place....we had the most amazing breakfasts and coffee here today. The nicest lady owns it and I only wish it was close to home so I could visit regularly!
Love it here :) come multiple times a week for lunch and the food is always amazing, plus 30% off breakfasts for January and February and it's sooo good!

Awesome dumplings! The Ruskie (potato and cheese) and spinach and feta dumplings are my favourite.
The croquettes with sauerkraut and mushrooms and gnocchi (potato dumplings) with grilled aubergine and caramelized onions are delicious.
The owner and chef is super nice and makes everything from scratch, including many different cakes. Fresh coffee is also available.
For takeaway you can order online or ring the cafe and collect your order in about 15-20 minutes. You can also request to collect your order at a specific time.

Just popped in and had the most wonderful red velvet cake and tea! The lady running the cafe is awesome and so friendly and full of life and always laughing! Really enjoyed coming here and will so again!

such a pleasure to visit this Cafe. we have been every time we've visited dorchester. the host is a beautiful lady who is always so welcoming, the food is amazing - treat yourself to eggs Benedict or dumplings 😋 you won't be disappointed 😁
My husband and I were looking for lunch in a town we are not familiar with and by chance we found Hot and Sweet. We both ordered coffee a small breakfast and eggs florentine, both were perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. We ordered a second coffee and started to engage in conversation with both the lovely lady serving us and a fellow customer it was great socialising and nearly made us late for our hospital appointment.
We left in a hurry and forgot to take a bag with important documents, once we realised our error the Cafe was closed but we were able to contact the owner who kindly met us back at the cafe after our return from hospital.
We cannot thank you enough and will most definitely be returning to this wonderful cafe when we are next in Dorchester.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Wiola is a lovely woman who is so accommodating and welcoming, doing us an off the menu vegan platter which was delicious! She also had more than one option for vegan cake as dessert!
I sometimes have a cooked breakfast here after training Jiu-jitsu. One of the best breakfasts I've had. Good quality ingredients, cooked perfectly, generous portions and well presented. Really friendly and accommodating staff too. I usually have the veggie breaky and my friend has full English, both are great.
