Had a date night with my husband tonight. I had the honey bourbon chicken I believe and it was definitely 10/10 ! I recommend ! My husband tried the new Philly cheesesteak sandwich (forgot to take a pic) he said it was def 10/10 !! Also had a Ruby relaxer and My husband had the raspberry lemonade. Both drinks were excellent Thank you Lexi and Kristina for the amazing service as usual !

Our server Jackie was wonderful. The restaurant was out of a few items, but they did offer substitutions and were upfront about what they did not have, which I appreciate. The restaurant was clean, although the silverware did have the haze that can buildup overtime from hard water or the use of a mechanical dishwasher, and that is unappealing.
The salad bar was stocked and everything was cold.
The sliders I ordered were seasoned well even if they were cooked well done. I prefer mine just a little less dry, but it may have been perfect for someone else. With all that said I would go back and probably just order the salad bar, but I would definitely ask for Jackie. She went above and beyond to help make the experience. What an exceptional server.

The food was awful. The hamburger I ordered was greasy and was a little burnt. The service was good when we sat down to order food, but it took them like about 9 minutes to give us our food. Then when my burger came it had cheese on it which I was right in front of them and told them that I wanted no cheese on it and they put cheese on it anyway, which was an rookie mistake because a lot of people do it, so it's not a bad review on that, but when we was waiting for an table, this guy didn't even care for it he didn't wait on an table he said," I'm not waiting on the table, ill just give it to someone else." The table service was good that's why I just gave it a 2 star.

First thing, it smells bad when you walk in to the front entrance and the atmosphere is so solemn and the service is terrible. No welcome to Ruby, no smiles, you could tell they don’t want to be there either. They food was disappointing, rice was cold, the waiter did not warn that it may be like this. My husband asked for more tea and we were told that they had lost the filter to make tea and there was none.He had to drink water. And then ten minutes later we saw an employee carry one in. We have been visiting this store several time and we are always disappointed, but we keep going to try to give them a second chance. But they are not consistent. It remind me of these definition of insanity, doing the same thing over and over again but expecting a different result. But they never give us anything good.
We went to leave and the host and another waitress was standing by the door, neither of them said goodbye or have a good day. We are never going back and tell as many as we can to avoid this restaurant.
Management and employees don’t care , why should we care.

This location use to be really nice, but it's gone downhill a bit. My boyfriend and I visited the other day and left really disappointed. His burger was super dry and overcooked, and we ordered sweet tea but basically got syrup instead. The waitress was really nice though and she switched our drinks out for us. The salad bar was in disarray and almost out of everything, which was weird considered there were maybe five other people there besides us. It just wasn't what we had hoped for out of a Ruby Tuesday.

Autumn was amazing!! We had to wait a little while to he seated which was understandable with it being mothers day .She made the wait worth it. She took care of us and was so nice. She even ran to catch us because my little girl forgot her passy.She was amazing and the food was great also!

My experience was kind of mediocre. The lighting was a bit dark as we walked in, thankfully we sat near a window. The cleanliness of the place could be better as well. However, the waitress was very nice and took great care of us. I was half way through my chicken when I got a bite that tasted like it was beginning to spoil. Ruined the rest of my meal.

Sadly I cannot speak to the quality of food or beverages, but it’s a chain restaurant I’m sure that stuff is just fine. My wife and I arrived at around 3pm on a Wednesday. Walked in, there was no host, so we sat at the bar. After 10 minutes and at least 5 different employees walking by we got up and left. There was another patron eating at the bar, so it wasn’t closed. Oh well, hope the service isn’t always like this, from two former Ruby Tuesday employees that waited far longer for a greeting than anyone should.
