Only drive thru was available. That said the staff were working hard to get the order correct as quickly as possible. I had the chicken pecan salad sandwich and my pup had a beef slider! 😋

Went to Arby’s in Douglas today all tables were dirty so told the girl at the counter they were all dirty only 4 other people at another table she said I haven’t had time to clean them. Had a Rubon the meat was really tough, fries were hard, I guess they were wormed up too many times. At least the pop was good because I filled that myself.

Took 30 minutes to get through 3 cars in drive-thru. Roast beef was cold. Onion rings burnt and the aujus had so much powder in bottom it made me sick... Pictures included.

Can't go wrong with Arby's they got the meats seriously though every time I've gone there the staff was well spirited and on the ball wish I could say that about more places not one but five gold stars

If you could wait a hour go to a different Arby's. The fries were cold we didn't get sauce or even asked if we wanted sauce. I went in and told them their fries were cold and disgusting and she said nothing. I won't be going back to this Arby's

Closed early. As we walked up they shut the lights off. I’ve had good meals here before but working long hours, I’d expect them to at least stay open to their posted close time. Yes it was before 8pm.
Response: and that is why I put it was before 8pm. The store closes at 8pm, as stated on the front door with an “updated hours” print off. We were there 20mins til. Your employees saw us and immediately ran to turn the lights off. This is how Arby’s in Douglas, Wy does business.
