We have had no problems with this pizza hut till tonight, when I called of course I got the call center and they couldn't make my order the way I want it so she transfered me directly to the store manager, it rang about 10 times and no one answered. I called back and got the call center again and did not get to make my order at that time. I had to go into the store to order and ask the person which he said he was the manager, I told him that I did call and about the call center transfer the call and asked why the phone wasn't answered and I quote his words qe are trying to close the store at 8:30ish
Well the pizza got here and it's not good at all its either hand tossed or tin crust which it was supposed to pan no condiments for the pizza and it was very salty and dry

The staff was very friendly and understanding about the experience but it looked like someone beat this pizza with a baseball bat for a half hour and threw it in the box. Also it had multiple hairs in it. I will never order from here again.

Was literally about to check out until I saw they were going to charge me a deliver fee of $5.15 to go a few blocks. Order immediately canceled

The girl at the pick up window was very friendly and she went the extra mile.

The food was good the pizza was a bit greasy and should of had more cheese without having to pay 2 dollars for cheese but other than that the food was good

We were at Pizza Hut for a birthday party. The waitress was very good. We had quite a large group and she handled it very well. The pizza was very good also.

We love either dinning in, delivery, or pick up. The food is always ready quick and the hot. Dinning in recently after the COVID-19 restrictions one gal in particular will keep us coming back. Her bubbly personality and over all up beat attitude was worth it!

Went to Pizza Hut tonight for dinner. Trish was our waitress. We ordered cheese sticks, wings and 2 pizzas. All of our food came out hot and fresh. Everything tasted great. Trish was an excellent server. Thank you Trish for everything!
