Amazing hospitality with great food. We tried the spinach and mushroom baked empanada, turkey and pineapple baked empanada, evergreen juice and frittata on a salad. Both empanadas are tasty - we liked the spinach filling but the dough for the turkey one. The evergreen juice is perfect for someone looking for a healthy option that’s not loaded with added sugar. You can taste the veggies but it’s not bitter at all. Very refreshing. Finally the frittata could come on a sandwich or a salad. So glad we picked the salad because it came loaded with fresh raspberries, blackberries and avocado. Left feeling very full and satisfied and wishing I lived a little closer.

Delicious and healthy food. I love the green juices and vitamin C ones... Try the soups and sandwiches! My favorite is the turkey sandwich , the breads and empanadas are amazing too!!

It's a hidden jem in the small town of Dover. Owner speaks both english, and spanish, and is very sweet. The selection is great, homemade soups, paninis, pastires, and even empanadas. There are also shakes, smoothies, and juices all made fresh, and 100% natural! Support your local business, I will be coming back with friends again!
