Primo Hoagies

I've always loved primos for the bread, the sharp thick cheeses, and the fresh, real meat. They're subs have so much flavor and they're so satisfying. Whenever we would go in the store, everyone was exceptionally nice, and there was never any problems. However, today we placed an order for pickup, and not only was the woman on the phone very snooty with a rude attitude, she got just about every order wrong. Every sandwich (with the exception of ones with little *'s) is supposed to come with lettuce, tomato, and onion, unless you ask otherwise. So I ordered expecting all of that on most of the sandwiches (because that's what the menu said) and none of them did, I also asked for a sandwich making sure there were no pickles on it, and it seemed like I purposely got pickles on just that sandwich. It was disappointing, I love Primos, but the ride there is more than worth it for the food and the right order.
