My wife and I stopped in to this Business to get a few donuts when we pulled up to the speaker the girl asked us to pull around to the window so we did we also waited 20 minutes for the car in front of us to get there food when we finally got waited on she told us that there were cars behind us so we would have to go back around and get back in line we said that you ask us to come to the window to place our order she said that was before you had cars behind you. This place is going down fast with people like that. We left did not need the donuts after all

Stopped here today to get a quick breakfast sandwich, however not again. My To go breakfast wrap was terrible. It was cold and over cooked. I do not recommend this Dunkin Donut’s site

As a once frequent customer this place is not inside customer friendly and only prefers drive-in customers. Came in today and was asked to leave saying they are under staffed and can only do drive-ins. My friend was already seated and eatting was also told to leave. Management is sub par to nonexistent and run by children.

I wish I could give 0 stars hands down the worst Dunkin' donuts location in the entire world. Save yourself a lot of hassle go somewhere else there are 5 other locations within 5 miles.

Another terrible service here. I'm not sure what it is with the impatience with the people at Dunkin' Donuts these days. I can understand it's hard to serve someone that doesnt know exactly what they want. But it should be a opportunity to explain available options for the customer, an opportunity to make them a reoccurring customer. Instead they blow you off like you're bothering them. How dare me ask questions or not know which doughnut I want for the kids. Just a horrible experience. Then the girl in the photo here started talking to the guy behind me Instead of completing my order. She even scoffed when I asked her to change one of the doughnuts she added without me asking for it. I give them 2 stars and not 1 because I didnt just walk away. She provided a service (although a horrifying one) and the kids wanted the doughnuts. I suggest training staff on basic customer service should help. But I guess they dont care. We'll see in a month when I revisit. I will be heading somewhere else for the coffee.

Waited 30 mins to get our food while no other customer were in store or neither in drive-thru. Both employees were arguing and not making our order.

Waited over 40 minutes in the drive thru just after midnight for a mobile order. Seemed like The machine is down with no notification and began doing order out the window but can’t say for sure. But when I got to the window the man asked me to spin back through the drive thru to they the car behind me out of the way even though my mobile order should’ve been made. They also tried to send me off with just my coffee. Completely forgot to make my food. I don’t know if these were all new employees but this was just awful. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’ Donuts or any establishment for that matter and I’ve visited many in my travels.

I made a mobile order and they said they didn’t have it. Something was clearly off about the lady taking my order. I waited a little bit, triple checked the location and then asked again, and they still didn’t have it
