Buffalo Wild Wings

So today the boss bought me lunch so I had exact change to get lunch. So I was going to order online but I wanted to use the cash instead of my card. So I started to order online and my total was 25.98. So instead I ordered by phone e and my total was 27.98 I had exact change for the online price. So when I got there I did not have enough money so they gentleman standing next to me had to give me 2.00 for my order. The lady said it was because they only had 32oz cups instead of smaller but how is that my fault... and the prices online did not match the menu prices so how is that my fault...They should have just honored the online price in my eyes. So then I get my food and no drinks. Then the best part is THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. The fries were room temperature and had a freezer burnt taste to them and the amount they give you in that box is pitiful. I can get more fries at a fast food place for cheaper and they probably taste fresher. My BUFFULO RANCH SANDWICH I BEEN CRAVING ALL DAY WAS COLD... TALK ABOUT BEING DISSAPPPOINTED.. Best believe i took it right back to the store. I don't think I will be eating here anymore...and my 20oz sprite fit into the 32oz cup.. they also charged me 399 for a soda.. they told me it was 2 something and charged me 3.99... I can not stand this place...and the wings are just cur up breast meat made.to look like wings.... not very good at all... I will leave it at that...

Wings are my favorite meal and BWW is my go-to place, so this is killing me to have to write this. BEYOND disappointed in the rapid decline we have experience in the take out service here over the last several months. Tonight it was wings with absolutely NO SAUCE on ANY of them. One box had a small puddle of sauce poured in the bottom & the wings dumped in on top. So there was a smear of sauce on like one side of 4 wings. Does that even count?? Last time we ordered we had cheese sticks so overcooked all of the cheese was gone from inside. Empty breading shells was what I got for my money, and a small pile of crispy burnt cheese on the side to let me know they WERE cheese sticks at one time. Yes, I called the store and talked to management. The manager on duty, Dan, is working on the situation. Dan is the single most reason why this review is at 3 stars instead of 1. He got it. He understood my frustration, sounded genuine and sincere. I'm sure he doesn't want to see poor reviews about his store, nor the employees directly under him. So I have no doubt he will follow up on this.

I stopped by for the first time in years and ordered 15 BONELESS wings to go. Drove home only to open up the order and see 15 regular wings.🙄 I called to let them know. They did offer another order for free but I really don't see driving another 25 miles each way because of a screw up. I am just not going back. Check your take out orders before you leave, people.

Service is slow and even though they may be understaffed, it should not take 30-45 min to get the order. Also they made my order incorrect, I ordered southwest black bean burger with avocado , the burger came out with no vegetable or avocado in the burger. It took them 3 time to get my order correct by the time I got it corrected the food was cold.
