Papa Johns Pizza

Worst customer service ever. After waiting 1 1/2 hours I was told a driver should be at my house in 5-10 minutes I was already at the point of driving to local drive through for a meal. The manager Kyle tried to keep from canceling by offering my next order free but I will not be placing an order with this establishment again when my order was stated to take 32 mins.

Usually we like papa John's, tonight I was waiting for our pizza, the delivery lady came in from doing a delivery. She jumped behind the counter and started putting pizzas in boxes. Didn't wash her hands or anything. I said something to everyone and she still kept doing the pizzas and never washed her hands. Totally disgusting will never go back. It takes 2 minutes to wash your hands. Disgusting

We ordered before and had an issue, but not this time. Sometimes you’re not on your game and other times you’re doing an amazing job, just depends on how busy you are. Our delivery driver was very courteous and followed the instructions perfectly. All parts of our order was accounted for. Breadsticks were over cooked and Chicken was very chewy but the pizzas were fine. We don’t order out from here unless there is some sort of special going on. Overall 3 out of 5 and we will probably order again in another 3-4 months. Decent food. Breadsticks are normally the best part of the order.

My carryout order took over an hour, nobody there cared and the manager wasn't even in the store this past Saturday night. Deliveries were priority from what I saw. At one point there were 6 people waiting almost an hour for carryouts. Great way to treat your customers. I will not order there again. You need someone there that can manage the place.
