Dunkin's on 125 in gonic absolutely the best service cashier pitched in 55 cents didn't blink next time through smiling I'm play a joke saying darn. Short she says I got you I'm laughing out the money in her hands no the chance is yours

I usually do not review Dunkin' Donuts, but I feel like I have to for this one because my boyfriend and I were kind of cranky today and when we stopped to get something to eat the woman at the window was so overly cheerful, friendly, and talkative that we just instantly became cheerful ourselves and was very thankful for it!! Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to look at her name tag, but she was a short older lady with glasses, so if anybody sees her just know you will have a great time!! I hope the owner of this franchise treats her very well!!

This location has gotten my order wrong the past three times I’ve been there, today I got the wrong drink as well as a bacon egg and cheese with a long black hair in it.

They are definitely understaffed, but the employees that they do have are atleast competent, work hard/fast, and almost NEVER screw up our coffee order like a lot of other Dunks do. So even being understaffed they are the best dunks near me!

My favorite Dunkin in the area...everyone here is so friendly and my orders are always correct. There is one lady in particular here who you can tell loves what she does, she is always bubbly and friendly, and puts a smile on everyone's face. The other dunkin donuts in the area should take note!

Don’t patronize ANY dunkin in the Dover area, they are owned by the same sleazy franchisee. Constantly shutting online orders off, drive thru only, stealing you money by taking in-store app orders and forcing you to go through drive through. At least aroma Joe’s treats their employees and customers alike with respect

Worst Dunkin location in Dover! Line is always out to the street and the counter is closed every day now. They have the staff, just too lazy to do the job right. This Dunkin’ is a waste of space.

If you're not going to take app orders (losing out on 100 pts because its monday) then you should not have the sign right in front of the closed off register inside that says "order on the app" but....drive thru only today. So people try to order and cant, they take time to walk in to beat the drive through rush only to have that precious time wasted to get in the lines behind the 5 people who've pulled in.....not looking good on all local dunks but I had higher hopes for you guys.
