Sonic Drive-in

This Sonic has gone downhill hard. I moved here three years ago and this place was good. I ate shakes here and sometimes lunch or dinner. However, since about Summer of last year the quality has greatly declined. For example, today I bought mozz sticks and chicken tenders. Overall it cost me over $11, which is insane. They brought the food out to me in under 5 minutes which is nice except the food wasn't. My tenders are barely bigger than the sauce pack (one of which was cut into and unusable). These cost me nearly $5.50 and my mozz sticks are all cold and old (costing nearly the same as the tenders). I will not be eating here anymore. I don't think that anyone who has any power there actually cares.

Went to Sonic tonight after practice with the family. I was hesitant to go again because of previous experiences of bad food quality. We placed our order, paid on the screen and waited for 10 minutes only to be told that they ran out of grilled chicken. Really not a big deal, my daughter got a Supersonic breakfast burrito. We waited another 15 minutes and finally got our food. The burritos were semi cold and they forgot to bring my other daughter's popcorn chicken. They quickly corrected the mistake with the popcorn chicken, but I was already fed up enough to not even mention the burritos being semi warm. Now this is what sealed the night for me. Maybe I am wrong seeing as I have had this happen to me twice at the same location, but doesn't the Supersonic burrito come with jalapeños in it? Not only were the jalapeños missing, but I had 1 burrito with just 1 piece of sausage, another with 2 pieces of sausage and both of them consisted of just tomatoes and onions. I am just really disappointed in the quality of the food being produced out of the Sonic in Dover. I do not recommend anyone dine there until they learn how to make things on the menu the proper way.

We went here this evening and pulled into stall 2 and pushed the button, waiting for 10 min and no one answered. We pulled out of the stall and went through the drive thru where no one responded there either. We pulled around to stall 11 and pushed the button with no answer. I called the store and they said they don't know which stalls work and that neither 2 or 11 came through on their headset and the drive thru is out of order. There were no signs anywhere regarding what stalls worked and what didn't. The owner of this franchise needs to step up his/her game. They are always out of cups, straws, and the stalls and drive thru don't work half the time!!
