Jim & Nena's Pizzeria

If I could give this horrible place 0 stars I would. The pizza wasn't cooked thoroughly, the cheese was thrown on so sloppily that the slices only had half cheese, no cheese or too much cheese. The hamburger sub was all roll (very dry) very little meat. The staff was using the F word and an old, obnoxious man was yelling and cursing at someone on the phone. Very poor quality food and extremely unprofessional staff. Don't waste your money or time.

I was visiting the area and thought i would try out the jim & nena's in the Dover, pa area. It was around 5pm and from what i gathered, they were short handed and this guy was filling in for someone else that needed off. While the food was ok, all the employees were chatting to each other while they were working and i kept hear the F-Bomb being dropped. The owner was totally over this older gentlemen helping out and was yelling at him and heard the F-bomb as well. I understand that everyone was busy however did i really need to hear all the trash talk?

Ordered ham and cheese Pizza... Where's the ham? $16 dollars. They told me that's the way they've been doing it for over 50 years. I guess they haven't changed their ham portions for over 50 years either. Apparently, customer satisfaction is not their thing.
