Brilliant pies, but the real standout was the service and the staff. I didn't catch his name but the young bloke working here is a customer service expert. Nothing was too hard and I left feeling like I was the most important person in the world. Highly recommend.

A truly country bakehouse.
Staff were so friendly, so welcoming (locals were too)
A great selection of baked goodies. The pies were delicious. The sweet treats looked so good I bought heaps (orange cake, vanilla slice, apple turnover, lemon meringue, chocolate brownie, apple pie, hedgehog..... I did share them 😉)
Well worth a detour through Dover just to visit here

We’ve stopped into this Bakehouse a couple of time on route to Hastings Caves/Cockle Creek. Good coffee, fresh scones and the best Lamington I’ve ever had! Definitely would recommend when visiting Dover and beyond.

Wow!! What a little gem! Stopped here on our way and bought GF orrange cake and coffee and it was top class. There was a great selection of awesome other goodies to eat too. Definitely gets a big thumbs up from me😍
