Good welcome and a spotless room. Great view too (Romm 311). Everything on site plus free parking for guests. A lot of customers turnover I imagine so especially we'll done. Thank you.
This pub was joined to the Premier Inn in Dover where we were staying. We just had drinks on Saturday night. It was very busy and I think the staff were struggling a bit, but they were doing their best. Cocktails were nice at two for £10, any time any day.
1st time coming here and I also had a good look around, its very clean and tidy staff are very friendly and professional food was perfectly cooked we had haddock and chips and peas ,and jam roly poly, triple chocolate brownie so on your way into or out off the country pop in for so very nice food th
This is a great spot for breakfast. They offer a £10 all you can eat breakfast to both guests, and non-guests. The staff were lovely, helpful and most importantly, the food was delicious. Great if you are looking for a sustaining breakfast at a very reasonable price.
Friendly helpful staff (at times rushed off their feet). Right next door to the ferry terminal. Food was fine & edible. Can be busy due to the Premier Inn
Staying here on my way to Germany and stayed here again on my way back from Germany. Will be happy to stay again when I return.
Such a useful hotel for its proximity to the ferry port. Really close by. Rooms are always good. Good space. Clean. The night reception staff, especially the young man, is always kind and helpful. He keeps an eye on the cars through the night. Reasonably priced as well.
Stayed in hotel above restaurant, very business best to book in advance, and get in early. On Sunday at 7pm the three main Sunday lunch menu was sold out. Great food very popular and busy hence 30 minutes wait for food once ordered.
Ate here while staying at the attached Premier Inn. Had two evening meals and two breakfasts. Service is good, food is what you would expect but prices are reasonable. Cater very well for dietary requirements.
Had breakfast a couple of mornings. Reasonable selection but some cooked items had been out too long. Staff very welcoming and helpful.
Cheap eats. Part of a chain and associated with the Premier Inn in Dover. I was staying to catch the ferry the following morning so they really had me at their mercy. Dinner was OK, service was very good considering they needed more help than they had and breakfast was good. Sausages were poor thou
Absolutely amazing Customer Service here. 15 of us came for my Grandads 101st Birthday for lunch and he was treated like a king ! The staff all wrote in a card for him and he was presented with a tin of M&S Belgian Chocolates. Never have we experienced a more friendly relaxed atmosphere from a rest
