Review Kfc Chesterfield - Duckmanton

Chicken was too dry as if it had been cooked and held too long. Toilets had no soap. Told the staff member. He said he had topped it up yesterday. I went back into toilet 20 minutes later and still no soap. Not impressed. Restaurant looked dirty and tables had not been cleaned in between customers. Was going to tell the manager but they were no where to be seen.

Service can be improved, stood waiting for nearly 10 mins to be served, no acknowledgement that I was stood there waiting or a thank you for waiting. Once ordered took another 10 mons for the food to be ready. We sat in restaurant, number of tables needed cleaning and floor was very slippy even though wasn't wet. On the positive my little girl enjoyed her meal and the coffee I had was nice.

Worst kfc I’ve ever been to! Waited half hour for cold food, got my order wrong no bbq sauce went in to say about my order being wrong and to see if they could at least warm the chicken up that felt like it had just came out of the fridge. Forgot the hot wings in my meal gave my friend the wrong order and I when I did go in there were numerous other people all waiting to get there order either fixed or fresh meals that were actually hot the staff were arguing with each other. An absolute shambles! The lad serving was the slowest moving human I’ve ever seen my nan gets round quicker and she’s dead!! With the most gormless look on his face!! Absolutely appalling!!!!!!

Service slow, looks as though they dont know what they are doing, food prep is not organised half of the food was ready so was left until the rest was ready and the chicken was cold, also the bucket chicken was swimming in grease it litrially was pouring out the bottom, wasnt a good experience and paying £28 we will not be attending this area again unless its run better and cleaner we had to ask for our table to be cleaned and the look i got was strange like they expected me to clean myself or find another table..

Very bland interior so I guess they cater more for the drive thru customer. First visit too and last. I had a Zinger burger and fries. Not too hot but chips were bland and dry. There are no desserts.

Ordered food from KFC, I tried 5 times to ring them when our food was delivered, to explain the food was stone cold, but no one would answer the phone. Never again....

There's a really nice lady who works the afternoon shift and my daughter was delighted to be given a free cookie - so kind - this sort of kindness makes a real difference in the world Also great fried chicken 😅

The chicken was exceptionally greasy. The coating came off in one soggy piece. The chips were over cooked. Lastly the gravy seemed watered down. KFC is not what it once was. Tomorrow I am expecting the proverbial eye of a needle!
