We went into Nandos for Friday lunch from work. Ben and Montel were very friendly and helpful - they asked us if we needed any more sauces or any more drinks (and they even refilled our drinks for us). The food was good and quick to come out and the brownies topped it off! Delish!
First time I've been to Nando's, the food was fantastic, even the veggie options! Staff were lovely and really helpful, they put the balloons and gifts on the table that we'd dropped off earlier, "louise" brought the cake out and had put a new candle in of her own because ours were faulty, will definitely visit there again.
Awesome place, great experience. Food came out really quick and seated us even quicker after being told there was a 40 minute wait still sat down after 10 minutes. Also a man called ben who I think is a manager, made the experience even better great customer service and made us feel welcome with a really nice gesture !! Will definitely use nandos Dudley again !! 👍

This Nando's is by far the best I have been to so far, and my family and I have been to all the Nando's in the area and to other various cities. This Nando's definitely takes the cake, whether its busy or not. They have a good take on the Nando's menu in comparison to all the other Nando's we've been to. The other Nando's just slap the sauce on top of the chicken and call it done. Whereas, this Nando's; Dudley Castlegate; glazes their chicken with their sauces and not just leave a thick layer of dry sauce on top. The sides are really good in portion but the other Nando's seem to try to give you the smallest portion as possible.
One specific encounter, was very recently, with one of the managers; John. As soon as we came through the door, I knew we were going to have a great time. With his level of service as well as understanding because we made a mistake on our order and we asked if we could change it and he happily did, without hesitation. There was another member of staff, but I didn't catch her name but she also served us and she was also very pleasant.
This branch is the best out of all the others across the board; food, staff, service, cleanliness, speed, portion, time management, team work and so on.
Came here for a quick meal before going to the cinema, with just two of us they were able to seat us immediately and provided us with menus catering to vegetarian and vegan options. Staff were friendly and organised working as a team to keep the tables clean and the customers happy, food came out in less than 10 minutes after being ordered and maintained the high standard of quality. And considering the price was much better than the other nearby food options, 100% will be having it again soon.
Food was delivered very quickly! So quickly that we were still eating out starters .... dont know if that's a good or bad thing. But the servers were brilliant and very friendly and helped with everything from seating a toddler with a seat and helping bringing over drink glasses and starters.
Food portions have got very small at this nandos .... literally half of what we used to get. Hardly any chicken but mostly carbs ....
Service and atmosphere was fine .... but food was not as good ....
I came to nandos for lunch, i was greeted by the lovely TK, he made my visit feel friendly and at ease. Then i was served by Deanna who was an amazing waitress and was quick and efficient. I’ll deffo be back!!

Staff polite and friendly
Great food, an great service. You order at the till which is fine, means you can just leave once finished and don't have to wait to get the bill. We really enjoyed our chicken.
Staff were very welcoming and accommodating for our family. Food was served quickly and up to the usual high standards we associate with Nandos. Ordered via the app. Not sure if they still accept cash.

Did enjoy the honey BBQ/chili chicken breasts though, and the grilled halloumi and chili jam was a pleasant surprise with the strawberry jam start and chili kick after.
What can I say....you can always rely on nandos me and my family have been coming here for years and they are consistently great. A place we're the staff always smile and look like they actually enjoy their jobs, somewhat of a rarity these days. Nothings too much trouble the food is always on point. Keep on doin what you do and you will continue to thrive.
For those of us, and there are other people like us, (older).. who don't dine out much, it was funny but stressful that we didn't know how to scan the QR code to order for some time, by which time our 👅 were hanging out! and we couldn't get a member of staffs attention .
