Domino's Pizza - Dudley

Order number - 453016768 made on the 6th of April, ordered a pizza and was delivered and was obviously dropped, flipped over etc as all the topping were in the corner of the box and was also cold, not normally like this from our local Domino's. Informed Dudley branch straight away and they said it would be refunded and apologised, they did offer to make a new one for me but it was already late at night and i wasn't prepared to wait another half an hour+. Sent pictures off and informed both customer service team and tried to get refund from Paypal. Dudley branch / Customers services have still not contacted me at all, where as Domino's refused via paypal and said this is a branch issue. Never had an issue with Dudley before but this hasn't been handled very well. Waste of money!!

Ordered a pizza last night, as my baby daughter was poorly and didn't want to make noise cooking to allow her to sleep, thought ill order domino's. Left instructions to "knock quiet please, sleeping baby" was pizza arrived late and the driver banged on the door. Got the pizza and she had woken up. Took over 30min to get her to sleep again, by that time pizza was cold. Called up to complain no answer, called again and explained why I'm annoyed and was hung up on. Complained to customer service and was expecting a call from the store. They called today whilst I'm at work so obviously I can't answer my phone. Terrible customer service from them, staff are a joke. Will be taking it further and expecting a refund... My advice would be go to pizza hut, staff are so much better and they can all read English. I'll upload the photo of the instructions as they are in block caps and not hard to miss.

Have regularly ordered from the Dudley store and have always been pleased, that is until this evening, as I opened the door the driver complained he knocked three times and I hadn’t opened quick enough. His tone caught me by surprise I certainly wasn’t expecting that. I think it’ll be a long time before I order from them again. Oh and he wasn’t waring a mask.

Very bad customer service I phoned them and try to order my regular pizza and wedges what I order every week from them but they always try to over charge me for that and this time they did same and my friend told me I am the area manager mate u r area manager for your staff not for customers I don’t want to say anything wrong word for him but he should not be a manager that’s all what I think he don’t know how to deal with customers normally I order from them every week but I will not go there again 👎

Disgusting service, I ordered a meat feast pizza without mushrooms due to an allergy. Called the shop to ask for a replacement. Woman was rude and spoke very poor english. Said I’d need to speak to head office. Pizzas were cold and had to walk 1/4 mile to meet delivery driver who couldn’t be bothered to find address, even though I’d given instructions when ordering.

I normally pick up a pizza from this store once or twice a month. The store is very clean. The pizza is very good. I normally order online and pick up. The only problem is parking, usually it is difficult to find parking directly in front of the store. There is a McDonalds carpark next to the store but I feel it is cheeky to park there especially if you're not buying anything from there.
