Pizza Hut

Honestly the only saving grace of pizza hut is the stuffed crust let's be honest here. I've been pizza huts ride or die for a minute and sadly I must admit there are better tasting options at more affordable prices than pizza hut. This specific location has offered exactly what I consider to be fine pizza. Good crust, moderate amount of sauce, great amount of cheese but the toppings were a bit dry and felt flimsy or had too much bite to them. I love pizza and with this pizza hut I felt unsatisfied after waiting and considering the actual meal I just ate.

This Pizza Hut is terrible. Customer service is bad. I put in an order for pickup and when I get there an hour later they don't have it ready. They hadn't even started it. They only realized they hadn't started it until I asked the child at the counter where the food was, that it was ordered an hour ago. They ignored me when I was trying to get their attention. I asked for the refund and the child was rude. Another employee helped for the refund and she was better.They need to better train their staff and they need to get organized. No wonder they are shutting so many restaurants down. If I could give no stars I would.

I haven't ordered Pizza Hut in years and obviously I forgot why. It's because this place took an hour and 45 minutes to be delivered on a weekday. The pizza was as cold as it was outside (36 degrees). I've had better pizza 2 days old from my fridge. A man riding a donkey could of got here quicker. Not sure how the owner of this establishment is making money. Perhaps they only have one person delivering pizza to save money. They must not realize it's not keeping up with demand. The owner will probably be filing bankruptcy soon. You're better off going to get a whole pizza at 7-11. This place is atrocious.

Arrived 16 December at 4:35pm to have dinner dine in pizza. One young man at front and nobody paying attention to dine in podium. Watched several people for to go orders come in and get served but nobody has noticed me sitting at a table with no water , no menus , right next to the pizza box folding table for 25 minutes. Insane. Folks are correct... terrible service. Avoid ! ! Do not give this triangle location your money.

I ordered my pizza at 7:53pm, took someone 7minutes to get my ordered correct. Call them after an hour they told me my pizza was on it’s way. Call them after 2hrs spoke to their incompetent manager on dutie named: SHAWN, who told me that I never ordered, was rude on the phone with me, and hang up the phones on me and told me if I don’t stop calling She will have the cops at my house. I Never Never eat at Pizza Hut again no costumer service they act like we doing them a favor. Worst Costumer service ever”

I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut about 3x and all three times they messed up my order. I understand that we are human and we make mistakes, but 3x with the same customer? Um? What are the odds that it is only me? As I read the comments I see that they just cannot get it right. The lady manager, when you call seems to think that people are lying when they call to complain. The last incident, I paid for pepperoni and bacon on my pizza but they brought me 2 cheese 😐😒 when I call the manger she said for us to not eat the pizza and wait at least an hour for them to make and bring another one. Ummmm sis? 😕 we hungry... she pretty much called us a lair and said the only way we can get our other pizza was if we waited an hr. I will drive all the way into woodbridge before I order from this place again. Save yourself the time and money because if you order from here you also gotta factor in the wait time for them to remake your order the right way bc it’s guaranteed to be wrong. I love Pizza Hut but this was by far the worst experience ever.
