Only giving 2 stars because of managements response. There was hair in my food and the server didn’t come to my table at all after she dropped the food off & I left. She didn’t come to apologize or say thank you or anything. I won’t be back. The manager was very friendly and helpful in the matter but the server was not professional

The wait staff was exceptional. They were very friendly and attentive both on our drink orders and getting our food out to the table. I love the atmosphere of Bob Evans because it is home cooking with a great dining room for conversation. They have extended the barriers between seating areas upward to give added privacy which is a bonus. I didn't give five stars because I ordered my sirloin steak medium rare and it came back medium well.

Service was top north. Linda was extremely tentative when we first arrived even though she was helping another customer. She let us know she would be right with us. Our server was very helpful as I can't have sugar or carbs. My grandson had biscuits and gravy and it was very tasty. Our overall experience was amazing. Thank you to the staff for such a great experience.

Very good breakfast and hot chocolate. The egg and pancakes were cold. And eggs definitely were not scrambled. Bacon although was delicious. Our waiter was very kind and forgiving And i am willing to cut them some slack because they were most likely short on cooks.

Great breakfast 😋 I had the three meat omlette with fruits and pumpkin bread. The service was excellent and the prices are very reasonable especially for the portions you get here. They are in a great spot. Right close to three hotels and a smaller travel center Ps Citgo. Highly recommend this one. This is a clean restaurant with very attentive staff on hand. Is a must for when you have to stay overnight in the hotels or if you are in a tractor trailer or RV.

Breakfast was really good. The people at the front didn't really greet me though, they were chatty and took a second to acknowledge me. Same when I came to pay, didn't really acknowledge me for a second, was just weird. Feedback for management. My server was fantastic, though!

OK we actually dined in n had take out order as well. Dine in. Nice server but he forgot our salad n dinner rolls.
Take out... they forgot our soup.
But food we did get was good, place wasn't busy so we were served right away. Just would have been nice to have had our salads before the entrée and our cookie desert after our meal, not with it. Table was rather full.

We ordered dinner for carry out and had a couple of specific requests such as: gravy on the side, sub home fries for French fries and these guys nailed it!! The food was hot and made perfectly. It was well packed in bags for smooth traveling. We are very pleased!
