Speed of service is average. Ordered food on the McDonald's app it took approximately 5min to come to my table. Then I ordered a latte and it took roughly the same time. My latte had a small hair in it which I removed. It was at the top of the cup. Asked for sugar and milk for my drink but I received no stirrer for putting it in. I used my empty fries box to stir my milk and sugar into my latte. So 2 star's for this time.

This McDonald's was very packed with very little seating available, mostly full of kids just standing about after getting their food and getting in the way of others waiting to be served. There is seating upstairs but wasn't available on our visit. The self-serve kiosks would only do take-out due to no seating.

It's an okay place. It's always extremely busy but I must admit the staff are efficient and quick. It's quite small downstairs and there are hardly any spaces available so if you have a pram/buggy you have no choice but to stay downstairs. There's no lift to the first floor.

There was constant loud beeping from the machines. The cleaning unit next to the table I was at was loose resulting in it being banged into me and the staff member opening and closing the door loudly in my ear was irritating.
The food was good though.

The staff do really well here! The amount of annoying customers they will have to put up with here is crazy. Respect to all you workers here <3 Never knew of a McDonalds with bouncers! I must say though that the place is too small, place is always packed, you would think its Glasgow we were in.

Had to have been the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Ordered food to go, took it for granted and didn’t check my bag before leaving, got back to my hotel and I didn’t even get my burger. Stole my £4. Milk shake wasn’t even cold either, just syrup. Also there were two cops in the building questioning a few people. What a disaster of a McDonald’s.

Well ordered from just eat wow changed time twice to get here.When it got here stone bloody cold.I phones the shop and was told u can get a refund.I said that not going to help me as my food is stone cold.She said that's all I can do for u.So if u order from Reform shop u will get cold food but u get a refund wow COLD FOOD FROM A HOT FOOD PLACE.Mcdonalds stick ur food right up ur AS*
