Costa Coffee - Dundee - Photo album

Staff are decent especially the girl who works there, very quick food service and very busy cafe.
Never have issues at any of the Costa stores I frequent. Staff are friendly, polite, and efficient. They always apologise for your wait when busy, but I expect them to be busy and don't mind the wait.
Just been served by the lovely, cheery Anna. Every time I go in to this branch the staff are always happy and friendly - other well-known chains could learn from them
Nice hot choc very efficient staff will be back.
Usually pop in for a coffee etc. Nice atmosphere and staff . Regular customers, so speaks for itself ***
Excellent staff. Fantastic opening times😁. Despite being newly opened, it has a great atmosphere and vibe😁
Good coffee.. Bit noisy
Brilliant coffee shop. Wonderful friendly staff. Great coffee, great atmosphere. What more do you need
Always good, quality coffee. There is always a good range of seasonal offers for anyone who wants to try something different. The cold brew in summer is particularly good as this can be hard to get in other places. The staff in here are always friendly and will do the best to accommodate you in any
Nice environment, great staff and the coffee ain't bad either.
Only visited this costa twice to pick up the mrs but last time was soo nice and comforting staff were very nice and even offered us a nice wee cinnamon roll that would have went off the day after. Even offered the millionaire shortbread for the same reason. Cant wait to go back 😊😊😊 (try the Terry's
Nice Costa. Staff are great.
Coffee & toasted tea cake delicious & service very quick & friendly. Venue ideal for popping in during a shopping spree in Broughty Ferry. Only down side- rather noisy with coffee making machines almost on your lap.
I do genuinely like Costa coffee. Always get a good cuppa, get to chill for a bit and always a nice relaxing atmosphere. The staff are always very helpful and attentive too which is a bonus.
Rather dark place. Low ceilings. Generally prefer Cafe Nero across the road. The staff are very nice though, and it is open longer, 7am to 7pm usually, 7.30 on Saturdays Not bad at all. Pity they do not have a brighter site.
