I had an issue with two of the four bath mats I purchased a month or so ago. There was no quibble despite not having a receipt. All four were replaced. Thank you so much for excellent service.
First class service received today by Dunelm in Dundee. I turned up close to closing time and a kind lady assistant managed to quickly sort me out getting the right size curtains for my patio doors....I would never have managed to get the correct size by myself.

Had a very nice meal and coffee with my wife in the Dunelm store in dundee. The cafe staff were very nice and Natasha was very pleasant and helpful. Excellent service as one of the fridges was leaking and the staff were dealing with that also. Thank you.
