Starbucks is Starbucks really. Friendly and helpful staff and the cafe and toilets are always clean. We don't usually spend much time inside as it's usually a pre or post doing things cuppa but never have any complaints.

I like this Starbucks slight different vibe here. Pin board for your pupachino pics and more room and space than other concessions in Dundee. Same service and products.

though the drive thru was really busy and it took a while to order and get my drink, gabi couldn’t of been lovelier. she gave amazing customer service and i loved her energy

I was in store the other day and the three boys who were working were all soo friendly. I couldn’t quite catch the names of them but one was wearing a black polo-shirt and was training the other boy and talking him through things. It was nice to see him being nice to the younger lad and showing him the ropes of the job. (I work in a store down in Glasgow) it was great to see and you were able to tell just by listening that the guys really enjoy their job which from a customer POV is excellent. Another note is that the man in drive-thru is soo fast!!
All in all the coffee was spot on and it was a really enjoyable experience 💚

Popped I here on the way to Glasgow. Whilst taking orders was efficient, the preparation and heating of our pastries was excessive when compared with other Starbucks.
However, this new location was better when driving south
