Sugar Rays was absolutely amazing! Their menu has so many good looking meals on it with many different combos, deals, vegetarian options, a Christmas meal, and a selection of pizzas which included gluten free based pizzas if required. They also make amazing drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic as well as hot drinks and milkshakes. They have a lovely range of desserts as well.
The staff here were extremely nice, the service here was also great as our meals were made super quick and still maintained amazing quality to the point that the food melted in your mouth.
This is an amazing place to eat out with family and to take your date out to and I'll definitely be going here again. I need to try more of the menu!

Went here after the Belfast Half-Marathon - and considering we were a soaked, sweaty (and probably a bit smelly!) bunch, the staff were really friendly! Nothing was too much trouble for them (even splitting the bill, which some places we've been to have grumbled at), and they even offered to make our designated driver a coffee to take away! The food was amazing, and the portion sizes were pretty spot on - especially for the price. Highly recommend.

The special burgers throughout the year is what makes this place. The Halloween inspired "Zombie Burger" was absolutely fantastic. The chilli cheese bites as a topping made it. If you like cheese you'll love this burger. Knife and fork required however because of the sauce on the lid!

We went tonight. Though it was a bit slow but it was so busy, we had brilliant service. I ordered a steak rare and it came fully cooked. I said to staff, they took it away, brought back a rare steak and took it off the bill for the wait too. Really lovely managers who are fab with kids too.

It was brilliant, my partner got a half rack of ribs and I got goujons, goujons could've been cooked a little longer and I'd asked for a different dip but was presented the same dip on menu which I couldn't eat, it was quite loud and people in the queue saying rude remarks about other diners saying "they've finished eating why won't they leave" so that was abit off putting but apart from that I loved it!

This place does really nice burgers and skinny fries.
The veggie options in the burger are great as well and recommended.
They do a deal on the beers and also ticket to films at Omniplex nearby.
Recommended place if you're in Dundonald ice bowl.

Staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Our order was taken quickly and food was delicious. I had the pizza, my daughter had the chicken strips and my hubby had the steak sandwich all of which were perfect.

Lovely place, great, friendly staff. I was really looking forward to my visit but the meal I saw on their facebook page a month previous was no longer on offer. Ordered a combo and the meat was fabulous. Just ripped off the bone however I was disappointed with the mac n cheese which is why I only scored 4/5 but this was just my own preference.

This place was nothing close to what we had in mind when we booked a lunch table one rainy afternoon. It was absolutely amazing, everything, from the service, the staff and the foods, yumm.. the foods were gorgeous. My favourite was the ribs, woww. If you are into ribs, you won't be disappointed here, you just know you are up for a real treat. Can't recommend it highly enough. Just a nice and lovely place with very clean toilets and child friendly too which is important to families

Have been a few times to sugar Ray's and their sister restaurant next door and can honestly say that everything from the staff to the food is as the song goes "simply the best" the warm greeting you receive as you arrive and the whole feeling about the place is what I can only describe as phenomenal � I can't recommend this place highly enough, nothing is too much bother, my favourite is "the giganti stack" but I'm never able to finish it all lol and I always nick my hubby's corn bread coz it's just gorgeous, I've said it before and I say it again if anyone leaves here saying they're hungry need their heads looked at.. Keep up the fantastic work guys (and girls) can't wait to get back.. Ps the music is just absolutely brilliant

Ate here with my other half to injure. Unreal! Got the ultimate, it beat me!! I’ve left with a full takeaway! � was delicious. Place was absolutely packed but the food came so quickly and we were seated right away! Young blond girl and a wee young guy served us, credit to the place.
