Everest Inn

Friends took us here and we loved it. Menu is slightly different from the standard Indian Restaurant. Of course this has a Nepalese twist and you can taste the difference. Absolutely delicious. The honeyed chicken starter can't be missed. The Katmandu curry is mouthwatering brilliant. Next time we are in Dunfermline this is where we will be heading.

The restaurant is a little small, and the lightning could be turned down a notch, but you can't knock this place. It's a relatively standard Indian, but with enough specials/specialities to make it interesting every time. What sets it apart is that it's not bog standard 'orange sauce generic curry', its got different flavours and different types of curry. Maybe its the Nepalese stuff. If you want a decent Indian takeaway, can't go wrong with here. Top notch.

I ordered a takeaway from Everest. I've heard so much about them but this was the first time I'd ever tried their food and I wasn't disappointed. Infact it's the best indian I've ever had. The good was fresh vibrant and full of flavour. Spices were very well balanced and the flavours immense. Will definitely order again in the future

We order takeaway at this Restaurant and the food is delicious. The staff are always respectful and polite. We thought that the final bill was a bit high but put it down to possible price rise and paid anyway. We took a takeaway menu with us. At home we find that they gave us pompidoms and Spiced onions even though we didn't ask for them which I thought was complimentary and a nice gesture until we decided later to check our order and discovered they had charged us for them. A bit cheeky and that is why we dropped a star.
