Food was lovely, but quite expensive
The wait for food was ridiculously long (over an hour)
The constant beeping of some machine throughout the evening was not great
The staff were excellent, very helpful and not annoyingly attentive every few mins, checking on us, which was appreciated
Overall, would recommend but on a quiet evening
Very creative interior design, bar and restaurant area with nice comfortable seating, also a lovely conservatory area. Nice menu, the roast dinner was delicious, nice friendly staff.
Celebrated my Son's 21st birthday here in the Linen Room. The service, buffet, staff and atmosphere was fabulous. Liam our barman for the evening was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Very organised and great value for money. Door staff even offered to help us down with pressies etc at end of the evening. Great value for money, thank you Maeve, your staff are a credit to you. Will definitely be celebrating family occasions here in future, stress free. 😊👏👏
This was the first time we were here.We had daube of beef with roast and cream potatoes and vegetables. For dessert I had hot chocolate fudge cake and my friend had jam +coconut sponge with custard. All the food was delicious hot and served quickly by the staff who were friendly and helpful and nothing was to much bother. We will definitely be back.
The new Friday burger meal deal was absolutely amazing. 🍔👌😋

It is so relaxed in here.
The food is amazing and there was lots on the plate.
I chatted with the locals and bar staff, lots of them had been to the Isle of Man (where I live) so it was easy to make friends/meet people.
Bar was great, Food was delicious, Service was great. Had quiz night on same night was great entertainment
Great food and staff. Reasonably priced and an excellent location. What more could you want? If you don't want food it's a great place on a quiet Monday or Tuesday (food is served every other day). Very relaxed atmosphere. Just a great pub! Highly recommended!

Honestly such a pleasant experience. Food was delicious, staff were clean, polite, friendly and pleasant. The refurbishment has honestly made the place a lot more welcoming aswell. Thanks guys
Fantastic customer service, food is delicious and very reasonable in price. Attended a private function upstairs, and it was well decorated with a great party atmosphere.
