There were 8 of us who visited today to celebrate a double birthday. Initially our table was inside but as it was such a fabulous sunny day we asked if there was a table outside. The owner jiggled a few tables and within 5 mins we were seated outside in the glorious sunshine. All staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Will definitely return.

My first visit and loved it. Staff were lovely and polite and food was delicious, tho I did balk at £8.50 for a glass of pino grigio, so won't be visiting every week!!

Fantastic service, staff were very kind and attentive even when the rest of the bar was busy. Sadly there was not a single vegan option on the menu so I missed out on afternoon tea and couldn't eat anything (even after contacting in advance) but it looked great!
Lovely bar, ideal any time in the day for drinks, food or coffee. Would strongly recommend the Pina Colada, French Martini, Strawberry Cheesecake alcoholic drink and a Tapatizer, great combination!
Very relaxing environment with uplifting, good quality music, and great customer service! this place is very special for me as I had my first date here with my partner last year, and now we're happily living together ❤
Nice decor ,not a champagne drinker myself but the wife is so she was happy with what was on offer ,couple of lagers on draught.

Nice champagne bar with friendly people and service. Cocktails were reasonable.
After them not confirming the booking and as we were about to leave the lady on the door pulled it out the bag gave us the pod for an hour. Enough time to smash in some veuve and get the ball rolling. Nice touches here and there can see why it was the busiest bar down there.

We had the most amazing time in this little gem of a bar on Sunday. We were in Durham for our anniversary and we got recommended to go. The staff on the bar were very Helpful in recommending food and the cocktails were out of this world. There was a lovely lady there going around talking to people and made us feel so welcome. Not sure of her name but she had long dark hair. Thank you we will look forward to coming back again.
Popped in for mid morning coffee. Good friendly service. Best to book if you want lunch in the champagne bar area. Update 2023, called in for lunch. Very good.
