Got kids sausage meals and fish and chips for me and my wife. Had a bad experience from a lot of chippy's around Durham. Gave Freddies a try, all the meals delicious. Staff very friendly and keen to help. Freddies will definitely be my Fish n Chip shop of choice from now on.

Fantastic fish and chips, cooked in beef dripping, big portions and the service is great with friendly staff. I look forward to eating here more often.

visit this fish bar every friday afternoon for great fish & chips , portions are big and quality of fish excellent,very friendly staff,look forward to chat whilst we are eating inside shop,would reccomend this fish shop and urge anybody in durham to visit this great fish shop
Brilliant Fish n chips....I know that because I went elsewhere tonight and it was rubbish by comparison. Will be back next time !
