Itwas good food with great service ,shame their sitting area is little small
The KFC at Arnison shopping mall upholds a commendable standard of cleanliness and service. Their facilities, including the toilets, are well-maintained, and their food and drink offerings are consistently good. I especially appreciate how beverages are always served generously iced. However, I did notice the absence of self-service machines. While I'm a strong proponent of human-centric service, I appreciate having the tech-savvy option for convenience, particularly in fast food settings. That said, the staff is truly a highlight: they exude kindness and friendliness, making every visit enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.
Always a nice visit to this kfc!! Everytime I get served by “Beth” she always makes sure she gives you the best service and definitely knows her stuff a very helpful.
KFC does need to fix the air conditioning though absolutely shocking standing in the queue for 2 minutes and I was melting. Feel sorry for the staff who work there.

It was mine and my husbands first time dining in the arnison centre KFC. A young man named Tommy served me the other day and what a charming and polite young man he was. Me and my husband were very happy with our service. Proper nice down to earth lad. Wish there was more young people like him, don’t have enough of the nice youth nowadays. I hope the young lad goes far ! You did a fantastic job Tommy !
The manager is a great guy and can't do enough for you. Lovely bunch of staff and the place, although small was very clean and tidy and had a food atmosphere... the food was certainly 'finger licking good'
first time using the app and accidentally ordered to Arnison Centre instead of Dalton Park. Called up the shop, asked if i could still come collect it and they said yes of course, collected over 30 mins after i ordered and they’ve kept my food nice and warm for me, 10/10 service from the staff in here. thank you so much 🫶🏼
I'm getting to be a regular customer here. The staff the food are spot on. Easy to get to & ample parking. A must for those who are hungry.
Went in for take a way. Very very helpful girl who served me. Chicken was lovely but chips went in the bin
Ordered by app and food arrived very quickly on arrival. Good social distancing in place. Good menu was restricted but still plenty to choose from. Restaurant starting closed at the moment and take away only. Will definitely visit with app ordering system again.
Not amazing hygiene and food preparation but it tastes amazing, so in my eyes its worth it.
