Firehouse Subs

So glad u asked, I was giving a co worker a Going away party. I called them n went to the store. They were EXCELLENT. The food was even better. If u need a catered event pls dont sleep on Firehouse Subs sandwiches n salads. They are WONDERFUL to do business with in this day n time. Kudos to Bessie n Maria.

The employee (no uniform) was sitting down eating when I walked in. He got up and went around the counter without washing good hands or putting on gloves. Another employee took my order and payment. When I looked over the first employee was making my sandwich with no gloves and without his mask covering his mouth. I politely asked him to pull his mask up and he complied. However he did not apologize and appeared irritated at my request. It was a very unprofessional experience and I will NOT go back to that location again!

I just wanted to say thank you to the two wonderful gentleman who were working last night that helped brighten my mother's and my day. We had been at the hospital most the day and went over to get a small snack. We had asked for a small to split and he asked if we were sure then showed us a small. We upgraded to a medium. They were kind, fast, and spoke with us while the sandwich was made. They were both wonderful people who helped put a bright spot on our night. The sandwich was delicious! Absolutely delicious and was a great snack for us to share. Again, thank you firehouse and the wonderful employees here.
