One of the best donut places in Durham. The donuts are so soft and good. I have never had a bad donut from here. The original glaze literally like melt in your mouth. It is so fun to watch the donuts being made. They usually have a donut for the different season. I highly recommend this Krispy Kreme to anyone not on a diet.

They dont deserve 1 star but its as low as i can go. Every time I go here there's either terrible service or on this occasion no effort of providing any service. 2 visits ago with 1 person in front of me inside & 4 employees walking around doing nothing it took 20 minutes go get our donuts meanwhile the 3 people behind me left. Tonight they said the system was down (understandable). I offered to wait they said there was no need although they didn't close for hours. I offered to give them the exact amount & suggested they ring it up when the system was back up. They said no. The owner/manager should be ashamed & concerned at the employees lack of concern for the store. Point of store is to provide people with donuts & make money. The people that work here don't seem interested in doing either. Do better.

Wow where do I start? The customer service at this location sucks. The young lady with the copper hair was very nasty and unprofessional at best. She either needs to be retrained or fired. My cup was sticky and my order was wrong. I was in line for about 45 minutes to an hour. So I wasn't going back. Also, the staff was extremely loud. If they were busy making orders the line would've been that long, my order would've been right and the cash register would've had paper so people could've had a receipt. I won't be returning to this location. Keep this up this location will be closed because of the nasty staff.

Just held a fundraiser through our school and the customer service from start to finish was amazing. The donuts were fresh and delicious and the pick up time was punctual. Nearly 200 items were on point! We are over an hour away and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. We will definitely do this again! Thanks Durham KK Dream team!

Wow saddest service and product I received from krispy kreme. It took a whopping 30 minutes (not exaggerated) to get order completed. I was told I could only get the cinnamon toast donuts in 4 . So I said ok got 1 and 2 other donuts. Over 12$ for 6 donuts. The cinnamon roll donut were not decorated at all. 3 of the 4 were small. Some smaller then a normal donut. The worst most expensive cinnamon roll donuts I ever tasted. Tasted old as well. The lady was nice but over

Going to stop choosing this Krispy Kreme to come to. Every time is an extremely frustrating experience. The customer service is terrible, your always cut off before your done finishing your order. This time we went the girl taking our order was laughing over the intercom interrupting us as we were ordering. Got to the window and she didn’t even have our order- she asked us again what we wanted. And somehow our order was still messed up. She had her hoodie on as if that’s real professional. The owner of this establishment needs to look into some better help. Will not be spending my money here again.

I’m very disappointed in the service I received on March 17th 2022 7:15pm !! I was really looking forward to participating in the festivities they provide on st Patrick’s day but the service was horrible. The man was so disrespectful to my mother on the speaker & when we pulled around to the window his attitude began to increase. I asked to speak with his manager an he claimed he was the manager. I asked him what was his name & he told me he was not allowed to give me his name!! At that point I no longer wanted the donuts. He literally had a nasty tone and attitude for no apparent reason. We asked him why was he treating us like that & he replied “like what? Do you want a dozen or no? “ We were truly looking forward to trying the green donuts but I guess we will have to try again Next year !! I had to report my experience because on top of all that they had the inside closed & did not serve hot donuts. He told me the hot sign wasn’t coming on with an attitude!! And the ppl behind me must have received the same treatment as me because all 3 cars behind me pulled off without receiving any donuts!! He told me if I had a problem call 1 800 Krispy Kreme because he is the only manager. Took me by surprise that a manager would treat people that way.

Ordered online through the app. My order was ready and correct when I got there. Staff was friendly. You could understand what was being said over their drive-thru speaker. (which is rare for all restaurant drive-thru’s.)
