We arrive, looks very nice from the outside, go in and inside looks nice. we are seated in a booth and its very tight, seems they tried to put to much seating in an area. waiter brought the chips which were all broken into little pieces, the salsa was in a big bowl but it was only about 1/3 filled and there was 4 of us. the salsa was not good, chips were stale. the menu was like a book and there was just too many options to choice from, we had to ask the waiter 3 times to give us more time to look at menu. when we were ready to order we had to find the waiter it had been 10 min since he last checked with us. well we ordered. my one son always get chicken nuggets and fries. that order came out 15 min later and the chicken nuggets were over cooked. then it took another 15 min before our food came out and my son was almost done eating his. the refried beans, rice and tortillas were cold as well. the waiter never came back to check on us, 25 min had past since getting our food and hubby had ended up having to ask the manager for the waiter so we can get our ticket, pay and leave. the waiter brought the ticket but it wasnt for our table. the food my have looked good but i dont enjoy eating cold food.

Do not order from this place online. They will sell you items online that they do not carry in the restaurant and then make up some thing so you overpay and then when you get your order it's going to be a hot mess. After going back-and-forth with the staff for quite some time I ended up getting two dollars back and got my food for ever from when it was promised and the food is barely cooked, the queso dip is literal water such that it was waste it all in the bag and had wilted spinach in it. Completely an edible. I've wasted a ridiculous amount of money on this dinner. I don't blame the host for this but the kitchen should definitely be ashamed of themselves and management should definitely take care of their website so that customers don't order things that aren't sold in store. Especially because you guys say that you cannot cancel the order on your end when it's your website. This picture shows the cheese dip

Food was cold for pickup. We placed an online order for a later time and it seems they just made the food immediately and let it sit in the window for over an hour. Inedible. Chips were stale-smelled of rancid oil. Will never eat here again. This is not the first time this has happened here and it had been long enough that we had forgotten until it was too late. Won’t happen a third time.

We ordered an appetizer platter with chimichanga and queso and it was AMAZING! I had the enchilada trio and my husband had the tacos and everything was delicious, I only wish I saved room for dessert. We've definitely found our new favorite Mexican restaurant and will be back again

We have been eating at this place for a long time, but tonight we had the worst experience I have ever had at any establishment ever! My husband and sister in law went in and ordered take out to bring home so we could all have an nice dinner together. They sat down at the bar to have some chips and salsa while waiting to the food. After well over an hour of watching people coming and going, they went to check to see where the food was. Turned out it was sitting there for 45 minutes. None of the staff apologized, offered to remake the food, or anything- which of course made my husband mad and and got him called "rude". Manger went and hid while the staff sat there arguing that he was just being "rude" and offering no apology for their screw up, other than "we're busy" I know it's hard to find decent employees right now, but sounds like they need to fire some folks and try and find people who understand a little more about what customer service is. They have lost 3 long time customers due to their horrible staff.

This restaurant has excellent food at a great price! The decor is very nice and the service is fast and friendly. We will dine here again soon.
