We love Thai food, so we are always on the lookout for a good one. We found this one in downtown Durham. Parking on the street was interesting, since it was our first experience with the parking kiosk down the street from our parking place. The menu was extensive, with most of the Thai dishes you would expect. Prices were typical for the average Thai restaurant. We started with a couple of egg rolls. The Pad Thai with shrimp was very good, and the vegetables with garlic sauce and shrimp were too. The service was friendly and efficient, and our food arrived fairly quickly. It was hot and tasty. We enjoyed our dinner, and would definitely recommend that you try it if you are in the area.

Visiting from Florida. Came here with some friends and my girlfriend for lunch. We ordered the Crab Wantons and Thai Jerk Beef for appetizers. Crab Wantons tasted good, but nothing different from other places. The Thai Jerk Beef had a good seasoning and the sauce that came with it had some kick. I really enjoyed the beef. For entrees, I ordered the Drunken Noodles with pork and it was phenomenal! My girlfriend ordered the Pad Thai with pork, and after having a bite of mine hardly went back to eating hers. Her Pad Thai was kind of sweet. My friend ordered the seafood @ main street and it was delicious as well. Very good curry.

Every time I'm in Durham I think about eating here. I eat dessert first: fried banana and rotee. Then my favorite dish is beef street noodles; not too spicy.

This was my first time going we were strolling through downtown main Street after leaving the art gallery up the road and I have to say I really enjoyed it, I came across this place door dashing a while back and have been wanting to try it I tend to get nervous trying new foods beings I can sometimes be a picky eater but I really enjoyed it and all of the flavors in the food! Will definitely be going back

If you’re looking for the best Pad Thai in the Triangle, this is it. Ive tried it a few times now just to be sure and every time it is amazing. The portion is generous, the price is great, the flavor and amount of sauce they put into the dish are perfect! Hands down, the absolute best!

I frequently passed this restaurant and finally decided to try it out on a date night with the husband. The restaurant is cozy even with the tables spread out for social distancing with masks being required. Even with the spacious seating, the restaurant felt cozy and inviting. The menu offered many Thai favorites. (Note: There are several versions of Pad Thai with your choice of proteins.) The food came quickly and was wonderfully delectable. We started with the chicken satay. The flavors were incredible. The accompanying spicy peanut sauce took the chicken to another level. I opted for the Khao Soi with extra steamed veggies. The coconut broth paired with the tempura fried chicken was perfection. The husband got Khao Mun Kai. The sweet Chili sauce complimented the chicken and rice expertly. We were absolutely blown away by the culinary flare of Thai@Main. It’s great for week night take out or weekend date night.

So... Um... This place... Was not good. The shrimp "spring rolls" were a just an unseasoned shrimp wrapped in a wonton paper-it was ok, the fried "dumplings" were basically a ball of pork and some shrimp (that you couldn't see or taste) that was deep fried in wonton paper-it tasted so so so unseasonably bad, and the fried rice tasted like chinese fried rice from a to go restaurant (not bad)... We were the only ones in the restaurant so busyness wasn't an issue. The beer selection is decent and the chairs don't rock... So... I'm Sorry.

I loved their taste of food and the huge portion of the serving. However, they seemed to have only two waitresses and sometimes even only one to serve the tables. So it was quite slow. The food is definitely worth your wait though.
