Chick-fil-a

I wish I could rate this as a 5 star multiplied by a million!!!! This is the best restaurant, fast food or whatever else u choose, as far as customer service goes. Everyone, I mean everyone is wonderful and nice and helpful. Its extremely rare to have a messed up order and if it happens it’s fixed instantly. On top of that, they are the busiest chick fila around my area by far and they can love the cars quicker than any restaurant I have ever been too!!!! I cant say enough about the customer service and quicken was. Lastly, the food is just awesome here. I have NEVER had a bad meal or experience here Please keep this management and staff forever. Pay them big bucks!

This is my favorite location in the area by far! Even through the tests of time with shortages, this location remains consistent with customer service. They have adjusted and refined their processes to uphold a high quality standard. It’s evident that great ownership and great management inspire and produce a great staff. Kudos to you all!

I normally have a great experience here but not tonight. I had a good conversation with Ja'von who took my order, and asked for a military discount and showed my ID after he asked who I assume was the manager "Mr. Jared" we both were informed that since I was not in uniform I WAS NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE the discount. Well I guess I'll go elsewhere not in uniform.

Parking was a big problem at this facility. Informed by Chick-fil-A staff to park in another business parking lot. When I spoke to manager it Appears to be their policy to block off their parking lot with cones to facilitate drive through service. Not sure way they’re open inside if they’re not going to provide parking at their facility.

The best Chick-fil-A I have been to. I have been going to this location for years and service has always been great, even for a Chick-fil-A. Service is always speedy, which makes this a great spot to grab a quick bite. Even if there is a long drive-through line, you can expect to get your food quickly. I will go to this place any day, except Sunday.

I grew up in Atlanta, home of Chick-fil-A. My mom worked at the headquarters with the Truitt brothers for years so I am completely partial. However, I have to say the Chick-fil-A in Wake Forest takes the cake. Not only does it take the cake but it takes the cake, the icing, candles, and presents too! It is honestly one of the best run if not THE BEST Chick-fil-A on the East Coast. It is run like a well oiled machine. The drive through line can be backed out on to the hwy and you will still only be in line for about 15-25mins at most. Issues are rare but when there are issues they settle them by replacing the issue and making sure you are taken care of for next time you visit. The courtesy of every staff member along with the over global view of this Chick-fil-A out shines the majority of other restaurants in this field. All I can truly say is "Well Done"!
