I came in for lunch around 1pm on a Thursday and got the round (small) Dagwood Turkey sandwich, hold the swiss, with a side of (bagged) chips, and followed it up with a cookie. Ordering with my phone from the QR code on the table worked fine, but felt weirdly impersonal and made it inconvenient to ask questions about menu items. The food took 15 minutes to come out, which seemed a little long for a cold sandwich since they weren't that busy.
I found the sandwich underwhelming in both flavor and amount of fillings. I get that without cheese it won't be as good, but still... the "avocado smash" came out as a very thin spread that went mostly unnoticed, and similarly I didn't see nor taste much evidence of "pesto" in the aioli. Bacon was also light (as is typical these days) and the turkey was piled in the middle of the sandwich so I had to redistribute it. I ended up adding ketchup and (dijon) mustard to my sandwich to enjoy it. The chocolate chunk sea salt cookie, on the other hand, was delicious.
Overall for ~$18 with tip (no drink; self-serve water cup), I feel like I paid a premium for an average lunch experience.

Stopped here with my husband and kids on the way home from a trip and I am so happy we did. The setting itself is nice with plenty of outdoor seating. Also, loved the ease of picking the table we wanted and just scanning a QR code to order. We got chicken tenders, a buffalo chicken sandwich, a cheese steak, the spicy gabagool, and the sandwich special of the day. All great- plenty of meat on the sandwiches and lots of flavor in all of them. Also got fries and sweet potato tater tots. The tots with a spicy Mayo dip we picked out were superb. Kids finished out the order with sea salt chocolate chip cookies. Let’s just say we were STUFFED and happy when we left.

I live in Raleigh, but I was in Durham for work. A colleague recommended this place, so I thought I'd try it. The food was alright. Service was fine.
The prices were absolutely ludicrous. A sandwich shop that charges for mayo is asinine. That should come with any sandwich. It wasn't like I wanted extra mayo or anything heinous; I just wanted some mayo on my sandwich. A 12 oz can of soda was $2.50. The 9 inch sandwich was $15. This wasn't a sandwich with double meat or anything fancy; it was a basic Italian sandwich. You want TWO strips of bacon on your sandwich? That's $2.25.
There were "servers", but they just brought the food to you. Nothing above and beyond. You order on your phone, so that interaction is miniscule. There was a $0.99 processing fee as well. I wasn't having the food delivered anywhere far. It was just sent to a table in their restaurant.
I could get the same exact food at most restaurants. I'd pay half the price and probably enjoy it more too. Average food for an outrageous price.

Our Sandwichs were warm but not seemed to be just made. No seating for more than four people is available inside the restaurant so our party of six had to sit outside. Fortunately for us it was not raining or too hot. Their service was a one and done for our party. We had to find our own napkins and refills are available for water and tea. Lemonade drinks of any type they serve is only for one glass at the time your order is given to you. There is some parking in front of restaurant but most is on the side or in the back. The conditions of their restrooms were unknown during this visit.

Enjoyed our time here, sandwiches are quality and we love their sweet potato tater tots. The outdoor seating in the back gave us plenty of room to keep our social distance and a nice shaded environment to keep cool as we enjoyed our food. We liked this place even more than the first time and we plan to go back.

Great service and a new favorite restaurant. I had the kimchi Reuben but it was hard to choose because everything looked so delicious. Very flavorful and the sweet potato tater tots were cooked perfectly. I live in Raleigh and we are definitely missing on some cool spots such as this. Looking forward to coming back and trying more.

My husband and I ate here for the first time today. We both ordered the special, Bulgogi Cheesesteak. It was fantastic with an inventive mix of textures and flavors. So good! The only (slight) negative was that the fries weren’t hot. We will definitely be going back!
