Marco's Pizza

Pizza (for-one) was prepared while I waited. It was well worth the wait for it was delicious. Ordered the lunch special which was a small, one-topping pizza with a 16-oz drink (Pepsi beverages) - grilled chicken with old world pepperoni and jalapeños (extra for additional toppings). The pizza was fresh, didn’t need anything else (Parmesan, crushed peppers, etc.). It was awesome!!! I will visit Marcos Pizza again in the near future.

The vegetables are so fresh and delicious! The sauce of the pizza brings out the flavor yes yes yes that flavor of A traditional Chicago/New York mix!!! It's the meat that meets all your desires the sausage/beef alone are a beautiful size not like those small pebbles that all the other restaurants give you, the pepperoni🥰oh My you will love the pepperoni it's so flavorful and not too salty. The the service is grand!!! While very busy they are always pleasant and aim to please! My 7 year old said "they're happy people here dad!!!" We were at the counter but the young counter lady grabbed our order and walked pass me with my 6 pizzas and 15 wings and cinnamon rolls and took it to my car WOW!!! 🙏🏽⚡ So you ask me about Marco's and I say YES!!!

Mario took my order he was very knowledgeable I asked how much was extra toppings on the special 2 toppings for $8.99. ordering was very easy & he even knew about crust toppings I asked him to make it srumdumdidalyumcious! Please believe Mario did just that! He also made my order with perfection my mom loved it & it was my uncle's first time & he is switching from Papa John's nastiness!

Where do I begin. I ordered my pizza 3:56 pm and still haven't received it yet. First was told that driver had delivered it to the wrong location. Then after I called to check on its status I was told that it would be remade and delivered in between 25 to 30 mins. And some from the called to confirm the address. Then called back again and check on the status was told that the driver was on his way ; then talked to Operational Manager Tyler and told that would be here soon. Still waiting. This worst customer service that I have ever experienced.

Our family has ordered from this location for years and the pizza is excellent. They offer one of the better tasting and affordable gluten free crusts. I rate them as only three stars because we’ve had so many poor service encounters here, we usually order from competitors just to avoid bad service experiences which are commonplace at this location. For instance, last night we ordered a pizza and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I went to pick it up after 25 and they hadn’t even begun to make it. They said they’d put it in right away and it would be ready in 8 minutes. I came back 15 minutes later and they still had not even put our pizza in the oven. Long story short, it took me an hour and a half to pick up a pizza. Unfortunately this type of experience is common here and we only order when we are desperate to switch up from other pizza places. In the end, the pizza is excellent and that can’t be disputed.

I ordered a pizza and they got my order wrong, and addition to that my pizza flipped in the car. I spoke to the General Manager to try and resolve the issue but he delivered poor customer service and offered me $5 credit when I spent more than $5 on their food. I know we will never order from them again.

First time ordering pizza from Marco's. I won't be back. I ordered online at at Marcos.com website at 9:26. Website said it would be ready at 9:37. I got there at 9:45 and was told it would be 6 more minutes. At 9:55 it still wasn't ready and I believe they had just put it in the oven. I requested and received a refund. The cashier told me that the online pickup time just automatically adds 10 minutes from when you order but it really takes 15 minutes to make if they aren't backed up. Very weird... Don't lie to your customers and say 6 more minutes when you know it's going to be more than 15 more minutes.
