Goodberry's Frozen Custard

A nice tasty treat and good atmosphere at this location. It is a walk up window with a cute seating area with a fountain. Although they don’t have a broad selection of custard flavors (only chocolate, vanilla, and the flavor of the day) they at least have lots of different toppings for you to make a custom creation.

Been going to this Goodberry's for about 20 years and the product is great, but... lately the Friday night crew are the worst I've ever seen. Rude and inconsiderate at best. For example, tonight my mother ordered a concrete mini which cost 4.85. when she received the order it was half full. She nicely asked to have a little more to at least fill the cup. Well, this request completely befuddled the girl who then went to another worker for advice. He then came and asked "what's the problem". The request was repeated to which he gave an obviously annoyed grimace like it was the biggest inconvenience of his life. He returned with a full cup, my mother said thank you, he walked away saying nothing. The crew there have a lot to be desired and hopefully the management will see this and get rid of them. Three decent people could run that place if they actually worked verses standing around like the Friday night crew does.

Don’t go here if you hungry for a hot dog. I wanted to order a hot dog, the cashier asked the manager if they were still making hot dogs. They had hot dogs but she didn’t want to make me one so she told him no I couldn’t order a hot dog. I ended up not ordering anything. Good thing Cook Out was just a mile away.

This was fine for a chain restaurant. The custard wasn't as creamy as some frozen custards that we have had before. We had never been there before because we were from out of town, and no one was offering any help as to how the menu worked. There were 3 flavors of custard Is available; vanilla, chocolate and strawberry, and a lot of options on how to snaz it up. But the menu looks like there were more than 3 flavors, so it was confusing. The young person behind the window acted as if we should know how to order. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to go back.
