This was my first time doing curbside pickup for Chick fil A at Southpoint. I ordered through the app a market salad with no blue cheese. It was quick and easy to pick up. Unfortunately when I got home my saas had blue cheese and no dressing. I called chick fil a and Anna was great to work with. She offered to make me a new salad and shared they did not receive the special instructions. Lesson learned will call or go in for special requests. I was able to get my salad and it was super fresh lettuce and fruit. I don’t know if the other customers went on a day where the salad items were old but I have no complaints. I plan to order this salad again since this was my first time.

This salad was prepared with stale fruits and veggies, not at all appetizing for a health nut as myself. I was disappointed, and frankly surprised because I am usually delighted with Chick-fil-A salads and ingredients overall. It wasn’t very busy at the mall to take that into consideration. What I did with my salad? Disposed of the old romaine lettuce and reassembled it with fresh lettuce found in my home fridge. I went ahead and added more berries.

This place always has friendly people working and keeps their place clean. Never had an issue getting the right food if they make a mistake the first time, but they do take my order incorrectly more than I would like.
Also, the younger staff (and occasionally some of the older staff) will often be in conversation amongst themselves while I am waiting for service.
Overall, I almost always like to come here, but I sometimes hit a snag here and there with the service.

Bad system for mobile pickup - whoever is manning that station is also running a register, so I stood there for awhile after I heard the cooks call out that my order was done (but placed out of reach) before they got to me at the register and my food was lukewarm 😕

I like Chick-fil-A salads. They are usually fresh and very filling. I really like the market salad; grilled chicken, fruit, blue cheese crumbles on mixed greens. The last couple of times though, I have been disappointed. The fruit was not fresh, to the point that I picked half of it out and threw it away. The lettuce was not fresh either with some pieces that were actually slimy. For a fast food restaurant this is a relatively expensive salad but I have always considered it a good value until now. Freshen up Chick-fil-A!

I ordered from this location for a month to help local Business during the pandemic. I used the chick-fila app to make the order. I have certain food allergies and has always appreciate iChick-fil-A for caring about that . While purchasing from this location I had two issues with my order twice the first time the manager fix the issues . My last order from this location which had the similar issues after talking to the manager I was told I could get a refund in person because they cannot refund on the app. I went and spent my gas to get the Wrong amount refunded!! After trying to tell the manager that on the chick-Fila app the Chick-fil-A club sandwich with Colby Jack cheese and gluten-free bun cost me 10.59 not 8.65 and they could just look it up on the app I saw told I was wrong that they could only give me what the register show them I was owe I took the money upset to only get some of what I paid back .After that Encounter i call back to speak to two different managers one being the owner both being very rude !! The owner of a chick-fila told me that I should find another Chickfila that can serve me the way I want to be Served!! I couldn’t believe it after only having one other issue before the owner told me as if I got the order wrong 😑 to order elsewhere now I know this isn’t Chick-fil-A way and I was disgusted by his tone as if I did something wrong and I won’t order from you anymore and if I could do anything more I would like to have other people avoid this horrible customer service from one of the worlds best restaurants known for customer service you failed and y’all need to have customer service training because this was horrible honestly I know it’s a pandemic and I know it’s not easyBut I didn’t deserve that
