Bob Evans

This evening my family and I enjoyed a small get together at this restaurant. Our attendant, Tonya, made this the most delightful event you could imagine. The food was spot on delicious as usual. We all enjoyed fresh hot food right off the grill. Large portion sizes is always a plus coming here. To top it all off the reasonable prices in addition to a generous military discount really saves wear & tear on the ole wallet.

My daughter myself and my grandson went to eat there so excited since not eating at a Bob Evans for years. We were very rushed as far as ordering and even explained we had not been there before. My 4 slices of bacon came out as one solid piece and extremely overcooked.I told the server and she came back saying she couldn't do anything about it since they already closed the grill. Didn't even offer anything as a replacement.when I went to the register to pay, the manager walked away and the server went to get the employee cleaning the men's restroom to come out and ring us up!! I mentioned the bacon to her and all she asked is if I told the server. I told her I did and her response. No discount, no cookie no nothing, even as another manager now looked on. She gave me my receipt and we proceeded to walk out when I realized she never took her gloves off!! The gloves she was just cleaning the bathroom with. We will not go back because they don't seem to care if you get good food and if she was cleaning the bathroom, why couldn't someone else just ring us up?? Just didn't feel comfortable or valued.

Love, love, love Bob Evans. This location did not disappoint. The location was clean, the food was amazing, and the service was top notch. I was so impressed with the manager on duty, Sean. He was bussing tables, seating guests, and delivering drinks. Although it seemed they were short handed, our waitress, Jellissa, never let on. She hustled, but was so sweet and patient. I cannot brag on her enough. Absolutely recommend this location.

I am pleased with the food and the service at this Bob Evans. The food is hot, fresh and delicious. The workers that I have dealt with, have been kind, patient and professional. I live 2hours away and usually everytime that I am in the area, I will order from this Bob Evans . It feels like home cooking and the price is good.
